Nestled in suburbia, only 4 kilometres from the city heart, is The Green Edge, Brisbane’s long running and iconic plant based dining café. Established in 2008 from humble beginnings, The Green Edge has been providing a great casual dining experience to the people of Brisbane and travellers alike.
We have the widest 100% plant based menu selections, including adaptations of all time favourites, as well as innovative dishes

    It’s my families favourite place to dine. The food is delicious, service is friendly and attentive, we love the indoor and outdoor options available, and the vegan groceries are the best in Qld. We always feel so welcome. 💚

    I have been to The Green Edge many times and have always loved the experience. The only let down this time was the Truffle Mushroom toastie which the three of us had. We all agreed it was very bland. I bought a person who is not vegan and had not eaten plant based before and she was pretty disappointed with the food, that was a bit of a let down as I was wanting to wow her with the food. It was disappointing however I know this is not the usual, you can't hit it off the mark every time. It won't stop me from coming back but I doubt my friend's experience with plant based food would encourage her to return.

    We went there for birthday brunch, and I had mentioned in the booking that it was my wifes birthday. What an amazing surprise for her that the staff had sprinkled the table with "happy birthday" , a personal message from them and a birthday girl sign. We were both blown away. Thankyou!!! The food was first rate and then shopping in the grocery store was a treat afterwards and we took home some yummy food as well. We will be back for sure and you made it a really special visit, thanks.

    Always a great experience at the Green Edge. We had a party of 7 and food and drinks came out all at the same time which was great.
