Welcome to The Grayson, home of fabulous dinners and parties on St. Stephen’s Green since 1745.

Overlooking Dublin’s most famous city park, the stunning ivy covered Georgian building at No. 41 St. Stephen’s Green has a rich and illustrious history.

The Grayson serves lunch from 12 – 3pm, dinner from 4pm - 9:45pm, and Weekend Brunch.

Entering a brand new chapter as The Grayson, the building has been carefully restored to highlight its original features, protect its structure, whilst adding a fresh, bright and comfortable feel making it the ultimate backdrop for a date night, group dinners or celebrating a special occasion.

Lovely spot. Great food. Lovely drinks. Great staff. New guy clearly being trained or starting and staff were so patient with him . Love to see it ! He was great ! Will defo be back .

Chicken Supreme was chicken breast on mash potato with lardons mixed in and charred sweetcorn, no sauce (very pecular version). Nduja & padano fries consisted of taco sauce with padano??

We were a party of 4 and It was our first time eating at the Grayson. From the moment we arrived at the restaurant we were greeted with a smile and gesture to follow - we were taken to the top floor of restaurant and seated at table close to bar. Beautiful ambience very friendly staff. We were looked after all evening by Olga very friendly chatty lady. The starters arrived and all 4 of us really enjoyed them. Main courses we had the chicken supreme fillet steak and 2 fish dishes all absolutely delicious. It was my sister and brother in law’s anniversary and a special occasion dessert was brought out to them at the end of our evening such a lovely gesture and very much appreciated by them both. We had drinks and wine and we feel it was such good value for money for such exceptional food and beautiful ambience. We will most definitely return and very soon. Thank you everyone at the Grayson.

Nice room on ground floor and service was very good. Party of 8. They could have been a bit more coordinated bringing everyone’s food at the same time. Great cocktails. Food was good, not great. Dessert was disappointing - a sundae with a smidge of caramel sauce, ice cream that was icy more than creamy and served in a bowl not a glass. It was poor.

Tasty brunch, poached eggs a little overdone but everything tasty. Good, friendly and efficient service. Nice setting, paper booklet menu on the table worn and torn made it looked a bit scruffy, but everything else good.

Order the cauliflower- great dish but the mashed potatoes where even better.

Great place to gather with friends to have a conversation and good food, staff members are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

The food was delicious however we felt rushed out after only 1 hour. We were not offered dessert /look at dessert menu and once we were finished our mains the bill was just placed on our table. We were not informed that our table was needed at a certain time.

Myself and my husband had a dinner date at The Greyson last Saturday and we will definitely will come back. The decor is very elegant, the staff very friendly and professional and the food excellent. My husband had a fillet steak and he said that it was the best steak he had in a long time. I love fish and seafood and went for seabass - the flavours coming through were insane. Music in the background was relaxing and subtle and the general vibe was very chilled. Also it was my birthday and the staff brought out a birthday treat for me with a candle - it was a very nice touch. Overall we had lovely dining experience and would recommend The Greyson to family and friends.
