Come and enjoy a meal at The Grange, Saunderton in the heart of the Chiltern Hills

We are excited to welcome you for a simple à la carte menu bursting with fresh, seasonal ingredients. So, take a deep breath and unwind at The Grange Restaurant.

Book your table inside or outside on our terrace or courtyard with freshly-prepared breakfast, brunch, lunch or afternoon tea available every day from 9am to 4pm.

We want all our customers to arrive feeling welcome and safe, and leave feeling happy, knowing that every visit supports our life-changing charity work at Hearing Dogs for Deaf People - helping deaf people leave loneliness behind.

The Grange is AA Covid-Confident Accredited, still taking a sensible approach to keep all our customers, volunteers and staff safe. Please note, we take payment only for food and drink during your order, before you are served. We look forward to welcoming you - and, of course, dogs are welcome too!

Free parking in our graveled car park. Priority & Accessible parking is available at the top of the drive near the Little Grange Field for those with mobility issues, with access to the tarmac path. Further Blue Badge parking is available in the main car park. Dogs must not be left in cars, and are welcome on a short lead in The Grange.

Service was excellent. We had the Skate which was really good. Carrots were a little hard.

I have been staying at The Grange on a Hearing Dogs course and visited the restaurant for both breakfast and lunch each day. The staff and volunteers are all wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming. The food has been consistently excellent. Beautiful presentation and absolutely delicious. Thank you again.

This was the first time we'd eaten breakfast at The Grange and it was a great experience throughout the meal, from being welcomed on entry, to the service received at the table. The food was very enjoyable - the Little Pups breakfast is value for money and perfectly adequate for the average appetite. The coffee was good and we felt comfortable to stay for some time after finishing our meal.

Food was good and friendly staff. My only issue was the clearing of plates while some of us were still eating.

The food was great but just too much for me. We came with the intention of having 2 courses but couldn't manage 2. I do use hearing aids myself and it is hard for me to manage a conversation in any area where there are more than myself and one other person and evan my husband doesn't realise how much I struggle. But having said that we will go back again as we loved the food and our dogs loved the company .
