Staff really nice and helpfull. The sandwich’s looked appealing but the fillings were very sparse the cakes looked lovely but unfortunately were mainly cream based if you didn’t like cream you were limited,they scones with jam and cream which were very nice.

Service was dreadful, left waiting to order tea&coffee etc. Had to go to bar. Asked, few times to clear our table. 2 very small Proseccos with voucher. Sconces cheap and dry. Jam butter. Sandwiches were lovely. Been previously and all great. This was a special occasion and we weren’t impressed

Pity we didn’t get the Prosecco which was included as I couldn’t find the barcode on the voucher!!!

Fantastic as always. I have been several times for afternoon tea as well as lunch in the bar. Can not fault anything.

Lovely setting for our buffet afternoon tea. Lots of fabulous selection, so tasty. Would definitely buy this deal again

Booked afternoon tea with a cocktail for my 50th! It was a Saturday so buffet style. Food regularly replenished and loads of good quality to choose from . Unlimited with a 1.5 hour limit. Was so worth the £25 a head , great afternoon and we will be back

Venue was pleasant but a bit noisy. Staff were friendly and polite although more attention is needed to making sure there are plates etc. Was slightly disappointed with food. Some of the sandwiches were stale and the scones were like rocks. All in all it is overpriced for what it is.

Booked for afternoon tea at 2pm on a Saturday. Not sure if they had just ran out of lots of things by that time but the food selection was substantially less than all the photos and videos I have seen over social media. The food we had was lovely just a bit disappointed in the overall selection for the price.
