Welcome to The Glen Restaurant, where you can enjoy live entertainment, elevated seafood and chef curated dishes, craft cocktails, and yes an aerial artist performance. The Glen and its sister bar - The Monarch Stag - are located at the Star in Frisco. We're open nightly from dinner to close.

Honestly waste of money and time customer service was bad 😢 and they are very expensive for no reason don’t waste your money

The food, drinks and music were absolutely perfection. We were blown away today and will definitely be back.

Biscuits and jam were cold and stale and the jam was basically water. The burger was worth maybe about ten dollars as it wasn’t cooked correctly and I am literally sick after. Also wasn’t expecting to be sitting two inches (literally) away from someone on a bench in an otherwise empty restaurant. Then there was a DJ and a half dressed woman spinning in the air five feet away from us. Not worth the money in the slightest.

Food was meh. We had biscuits for valentines brunch but they were cold and hard (definitely pillsbury). We also had the mussles-they were ok but the size of a small appetizer NOT a shareable entree as listed. Food was overpriced. They played loud club music at 11am brunch. Super weird vibe.

Went on a packed valentines night. Had to knock off a star because our party of 2 weren’t seated until 45 minutes past our reservation time . Seems they were sticking to names at certain tables and kept letting other parties of 2 with later reservations in front of us.because the party before us wouldn’t leave. Food, Ambience , & server were great as always.

Will NEVER go back there for a holiday type dinner. My wife and I have been a few times before on regular evenings and loved the place. I booked Valentines dinner back in December, no problems with the reservation. Then 3 weeks ago I get a phone call saying they need a credit card to hold a reservation that I made over 6-7 weeks ago. No problem, I provided it. We got to the restaurant on time, we were greeted by a young male host that just said, wait here I have to sit these people and walked away. A different host came up and got us seated a few minutes later. The restaurant decided to add tons of these little round tables everywhere to increase capacity, so you’re basically on double or triple dates with people you don’t know because the tables are on top of each other. The table we were sat at was broken and wobbly. It literally was falling over and could not hold any weight on it. When we asked to be moved they said they were sorry, but they could not move us. When our 2 drinks were delivered that cost over 40$ the waiter put them down and they spilled everywhere. He said he’d try to fix the table and realized that it was unfixable. They did move us after this then immediately sat a different couple there. They ordered the shrimp appetizer that is delivered in a heavy steel tray and super hot heavy rocks. As soon as that touched the table it almost collapsed the whole thing, so they were quickly moved as well. The food was mediocre at best last night. It seemed like the important thing to the restaurant and the waitstaff was the cash grab…. The experience was subpar, the food was very underwhelming, the entire experience felt like we were at a cafeteria that had expensive drinks and a cool arial performer. For $350 dinner for 2 with drinks, I expect a lot more than how this restaurant treated us. Super DISAPPOINTED.

Great atmosphere and ambiance; trendy. Service was very good from the host stand to the servers. Food was very good as well; however, the pricing was high compared to other restaurants. I had a filet mignon for $50+, which is around the same price as places like Bob’s and Perry’s. While the steak was very good and cooked properly, it was not on the same level as those two places which charge about the same price for a comparable steak. Just know that you are paying for location and atmosphere. Overall, great place for a fun date.

Outstanding restaurant. This was our first time here.We've been to Bob's Steak and Chop House, Steve Fields Restaurant and multiple other high end restaurants here and all over the country and The Glen ranks right up there with the best. Outstanding wine list and great service. The food though is fabulous. We had the Kung Pao calamari, the Caribbean lobster and the Seafood paella with the peach creme brulee for dessert. In a word, fantastic. We will definitely be back, there are so many other things to try and Thursday is tequila night , lol.

Loved the ambience here. Our waiter was extremely attentive and we got great service. Wasn’t a fan of the avocado toast but the vibes and the drinks made up for it.
