Cute place but overpriced. $25 gin & tonic for the only gin they had.

As a first-time guest, we would love to hear about your local favorites and specials without having to prompt the response. The atmosphere could use some background music to live up the place a bit.

Unfortunately GI has gone downhill, food wasn’t good. Server was very nice but overall staff seemed confused.

Great atmosphere, but the food leaves a lot to be desired for the price. The cocktail was watery and not well mixed for the price. Stop for a beer at the bar and you will be happy.

Our apps came before we got our waters which we had to ask for 3x. The premium margarita was watered down. And other than the guacamole and chips which were very good, the rest of the food was over priced and very mediocre. When we sat down there was very loud music playing across the street but that ended after while. Lots of better places to eat in Nosara!

Amazing experience! The staff was very attentive, but was not over bothersome. The food was amazing. Would definitely come again!

Delicious food, and elegantly presented. But: small portions, high prices, and a fairly upscale, American menu. To our disappointment, Casado, a Tico classic and one of our favorites from past years’ visits to Gilded Iguana, now is only on the lunch menu, not the dinner menu. No ceviche, another old favorite. That said: the staff was very gracious about our inadvertently neglecting to provide a charge card, and they called a Tuktuk to help us get home in the dark.

This place is fantastic. The atmosphere is bubbly and the staff are super friendly. The food and drink is great and not over priced. We’d definitely go again.

The food was just okay. Been here a few times over the years, seems like it’s lost its luster. Service good, ambiance nice, but the food was very average, especially for the price. Too many other good places to eat in Nosara.
