Ordered a side of mash with main - was not available. Ordered a side of cream with dessert - was not available. Surely it is not too hard have them available when you are already paying almost 50€, even if the dinner is at 7.30pm?? Food was nice overall - maybe a bit on small side and disappointed that we could not get the sides having already spent a lot of money!

Staff poorly trained. We asked for mayo and ketchup and they threw sachets on the table. We could not open the sachets and asked for help. Then they put a supermarket container of mayo on the table. Lamb starter was very poor and tiny portion. It felt like a greasy spoon cafe not a 3 or 4 star hotel. Restaurant was cold. I won’t be going back. No atmosphere or style to this place 80 euros for 2 burgers and 1 starter. 1 alcoholic drink 1 coke.

The service was terrible, not enough staff and a number of those that were there appeared to be trainees. Given that it was a Friday night with a lot of concert goers, I would have hoped they would be better prepared. On the plus side the food was very tasty but at €24 for a burger and small portion of chips, I wouldn't say it was good value. I'm not one to leave poor reviews but I'm hoping that this will prompt better staffing.

Not a good experience as a repeat customer. Service poor, attitude careless and food average at best despite the high prices.

Four of us dined pre concert. The food was delicious, and the staff could not have been more attentive and pleasant! Will surely be back!

Couldn’t fault the food it’s really great quality but be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes between courses or for someone to take your order, not great value for money as the portion sizes are quite small

they said there was a problem with their system but from arrival on a busy night we werre left waiting for our reserved table then for service and for our food. There was apologies and a discount but it was disappointing that they seemed unprepared for a full house

Very disappointing, love the hotel but not the restaurant. Busy with large number of staff but still left waiting and looking around, and saw other tables doing the same, had to ask could we place our order and twice for the bill. Told there was problem with machine so had to wait sometime for bill when all finished. Saw staff member being admonished in front of us. Limited menu if you have paid for 3 courses through hotel booking fyi. Food was meh had the soup, cod & white chocolate & raspberry heart (worst of the 3, couldn’t eat), husband had salad, chicken & same dessert. Just wasn’t for us, room service menu has better options, shame not available in restaurant.

Very pleasent service but person who served us seemed new to the job and seemed to have very little experience. Main cause cod very tasty but overpriced. Fillet steak over done and overpriced. Desserts just average and overpriced.
