Looks like it’s closing down ??? Nothing on the menu! 1 person for service (brave) kitchen closes at 8!!! Catastrophic!

Unfortunately the food delivery hadn’t arrived??? Choice was fish and chips OR a pie and chips Really poor no wonder the place was empty Very disappointed

Went to Gardeners because online it showed itself to have an interesting and varied menu. Unfortunately on the night most of the choices were unavailable as they "did not have the ingredients". So felt a little as if we were tempted there under false pretences. We resorted to fish 'n' chips which were fine especially as the chips appeared fried not baked as is now common. Little understaffed as one poor young lady had to run bar and wait at restaurant. So they should make sure they can deliver what they promise and if so it could be the best eating place in Southfields.

The food was alright, but the service was absolutely horrendously appalling. The server forgot to take our starter orders, got a diff. mains to what we ordered and served mains for 1 person while the correct mains for me was hurriedly getting cooked. Hence, the food was rushed and not great. Shame really!

We often go here as a family for food. The service and food are excellent. It always hits the spot.

It’s always disappointing when you are handed a menu and then only when the staff take the order they proceed to advise to tell you what’s not available. Reality is all fish options were not available. Don’t have a menu you cannot cater for. We also told one beer was not available as barrel empty. Well replace it and don’t add it to my bill!!! You are a pub.

The staff try very hard to please but have to work within the constraints of Punch Taverns. At £32 the sirloin steak was expensive and unexciting, served with a joking few shreds of lettuce. The chips however were surprisingly good for standard pub fare. My starter of rillettes with onion chutney was nice but expensive for £10. The wines we had on the other hand were comparatively inexpensive. London must now rank among the most expensive cities in the world.
