The Garden Room is a beautiful setting. We had dinner to celebrate a girlfriend’s birthday, and while we had a nice time, I’m not sure we had the level of attention & service that might be expected for the price. We order pasta carbonara which has a lovely table side presentation but the pasta was lukewarm at best. It was also hard to hear our server. We also waited at times for a server to come by especially towards the end of our meal. It was nothing bad, we just expected a slightly higher attention to detail for the price level.

I had high hopes for our visit to the Garden Room. Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed and disappointed. Great customer service. The restaurant is a nice place to take pictures. I didn’t expect to get large portions of food but I did expect to have flavorful food. Our brunch order: Lobster omelet, French Toast, Short ribs and Wagyu steak & grits. The lobster omelet was literally a folded plain egg with pieces of lobster meat inserted within the folds- topped with a lobster claw and sauce. The sauce was delicious but I expected the lobster to be mixed within the egg batter. The short ribs were tender but they must have only been seasoned with salt and pepper. The sauce was okay- seems to be hints of jalapeño. The French toast was very good but definitely not worth $22 for ONE slice of bread. Now for the most expensive item - $60 bucks…. The Wagyu steak was difficult to cut with a knife. The texture was chewy- not in a good way. Lacked flavor. We couldn’t even finish it. The grits were okay. As someone who dines at a large amount of restaurants at various price points, this one really was disappointing considering the prices and popularity. I would only recommend this restaurant if you want nice pictures and while you’re there- keep it simple with a drink and one dish.

Overpriced and food is average. Service was slow. Food was cold after we waited forever for it, and they remade it at least. Ambience is nice, but other than that it’s a miss.

We had such an amazing lunch (or maybe it was brunch?) in Atlanta! We kicked things off with some delicious cocktails, and then we dived into lobster omelets and salmon Benedict with caviar—yum! To top it all off, we savored freshly made fettuccine with even more caviar. It was an unforgettable experience!🥰❤️😋🥰❤️😋

Our reservation was at 11:15 am on Sunday for brunch and we let the server know that we had a ballet to go to and leave by 1:00. We never got ice after asking 4 different times. It took over 45 minutes to get a second bottle of water. Our food never showed up until 1:05 when we were leaving and they had the wrong plates. Our “server” never even came back to our table to apologize. We had different people showing up each time with different information. My daughter never received her food at all. Normally we choose Garden room for the experience and service, but it wasn’t even subpar. It was terrible.

Delicious food. Definitely home made goodness. Beautiful presentation in a soft calming atmosphere. Only one little muffin; however as we waited, and got them when I asked what was presented to two other tables. Drinks expensive but not as highly rated. Disappointed with the Bloody Mary. The drink was weak, watery and frankly small for the price. Definitely not worth the price. Did not meet the standards of the meal. Was our first experience. Will return to try other offerings. Pleased with our meals. Dessert size was tiny, but then only ordered one so not sure if it what we ordered or that is the serving size. There was a musician there, but never heard him in the hour and half we were there? !

On time for reservation apparently they book at closing time. Ordered a bottle of champagne and shortly after was forcefully told to leave. Had to approach the same gentlemen and police and ask if I could finish our drink and wait for our suv. They accommodated Me politely and gave me advise on where to meet my suv driver.

I looked forward to dining here for a long time so I’m sad I can’t honestly rate it higher. Decorations and plating were beautiful and the staff was great, food was good. However, the music was so *overwhelmingly* loud that it was uncomfortable and my friends and I were straining to hear each other and our server. We would have stayed for dessert but the volume was becoming a point of stress and we decided to cut the night short because of it. If it were just a bar, the loud music would make sense, but it really lowered our enjoyment of the dining experience. Not sure if that was normal for the restaurant or just a special occasion, so I would go back and try again if it’s less intense there during the day.
