I generally don't write reviews, but my recent experience warrants one. There is a significant discrepancy between the booking hours available on OpenTable and the restaurant's actual working hours, particularly in the evening.
When I booked a table for 7:30 PM via OpenTable, I assumed the times were in sync with the restaurant's schedule. However, upon arrival, I was bluntly told, "This is not possible, look at the hours on the website; you cannot have a booking at 7:30 PM when the kitchen closes at 7:15 PM."
Mistakes can happen, especially when it is on the service provider front, but the way this was communicated to me was far from polite or respectful. Professionalism was clearly lacking in the staff's response. I also submitted feedback through their website and email, only to be told I should have checked their profile more carefully.
It's apparent that there is a failure in their partnership with OpenTable, and they need to address this issue to prevent future customer inconvenience.
