We felt the menu was very limited and overpriced for pub food. Although the kebabs were nicely cooked, they were expensive at £22 for 2 thigh meat kebabs with french bread and side salad. We’ve paid less than this in an authentic Turkish restaurant with rice, pitta bread, and with prime breast meat. The Burger was nice, but thought it was very expensive at £18. We didn’t have puddings as they were £8.50, which seemed pretty pricey too. Wine was also very expensive, £11.50 for large glass of Pinot Grigio. Service charge also added at 12%! It’s a small place, and although fairly busy, we felt the service was quite lacking, we sat for ages with the finished plates on our table, and eventually stacked them ourselves at the end of the table, when they were then cleared away. Staff were very pleasant, but for a pub meal at £180 for 4 was very pricey. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Lovely afternoon in this great spot. We sat outside, beautiful views on a sunny day. Service was great - friendly and efficient, and the food was amazing. We all enjoyed our dishes immensely and very accommodating with how I wanted my tuna cooked. Would definitely recommend for great food, wonderful service and lovely relaxed atmosphere. A perfect spot and dog friendly too!

We love The Gallipot. The food is always fabulous. Love the guys running it. Very Very happy customers. The garden is lovely to sit in .
