The Fullerton Restaurant features a modern twist on classic American dishes and flavor combinations, resulting in unique tastes and presentations that are innovative and delicious.

The restaurant serves both lunch and dinner - guests can choose to dine in our more formal dining room, outside on the porch or in our cozy, old world tavern, complete with traditional oak bar and wood burning fireplace.

We are return customers. The food and presentation were excellent. The smmer salad with fruit was extraordinary. I enjoyed the chicken piccata, my wife the halibut special. Both were excellent. The service was attentive. I appreciated that they schedule dinner guests so that there is minimal waiting. We will return.

You accepted my reservation for Fullerton Inn on Monday July 1st with a follow-up confirmation that we still planned in coming. We drove over an hour to get there only to discover it was closed for the day. Since they obviously didn’t accurately inform you of their open/closed times I suggest you take them off your directory!

Wonderful experience from the amazing food, presentation and outstanding service. Our server Katie was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and downright one of the best servers we have had in restaurants. The menu is always adding new things and the food is to die for. They have a new Chef who in mine and other's opinion the best Chef that Fullerton has had. Not only has this chef changed up the menu but also have finally extended hours from Tues-Sat something we needed in Chester. He obviously is dedicated and doesn't mind working! I highly recommend Fullerton Inn the entire staff/owners are friendly and care about its customers.

Hidden gem. The second time dining here. This time a new chef. Excellent waitress Chloe. Filet was excellent as was the chicken piccatta. Started the meal with onion rings and a summer salad with berries and goat cheese, both were exceptional. Cocktails spicy peach margaritas and a martini were also good. Ended the dinner with maple bread pudding and maple crème brûlée. I love seeing the use of Vermont food producers incorporated in the menu. This isn’t a strictly farm to table restaurant, which is perfectly fine and is creative. The only downside was the large obnoxious party-who was seated and partially served inside then when seats opened up outside requested to be moved. Which the restaurant obliged. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff.

Sitting on the porch at the Fullerton is delightful. We look forward to the new menu. The new chef is off to a good start.

We go here quite often but I will say the food this time was exceptional! It has always been very good but this time everything was cooked to perfection and very fresh. The mussels were to die for! Katie our server was excellent very attentive and friendly. Thanks for a great night.
