A local Brunch destination, enjoy plates such as house-made Corned Beef Hash, Veggie Gnocchi, & Eggs Benedict. Pancakes & French Toast are always a go to. Serving a variety of Mimosas & Bloody Marys, local coffee & teas.
Dinner at TFR is relaxed & pleasurable. Plates are made with local components & thoughtful recipes. Enjoy the Casco Bay Scallops, Braised Shortrib, Mushroom Toast, or neighborhood favorite Roasted Pork Loin with JJ's famous bacon jam.

Came here on the recommendation of a friend and couldn't have been more pleased. We (party of 4) were greeted and seated immediately. Our server, Michelle, was wonderful and her service, excellent. The food was some of the best we've had. We all had different dishes and each was cooked to perfection. All of our courses were served with excellent timing. It was a wonderful night out and we highly recommend it!

The food was superb! The place is pretty crowded and noisy too. Waiter was very nice and helpful, and I’m not sure if they were short staffed or this is normal, but be prepared to wait between a request and actually receiving what you need. We had to ask him to remove our dinner plates when he brought dessert, needed silverware, etc. our coffees never arrived at all.

Our table was ready when we got there. Service was great took our drink orders quickly. Food was amazing and service was great.

The food we had was solid but not exceptional. Service fragmented and disjointed with server not aware of which dishes were out of stock before we ordered. Waiting staff need to cooperate with kitchen more effectively

We arrived before our reservation and before food service started at 5PM. We were seated outside, as requested, and ordered drinks while we reviewed the menu and waited for 5PM to order. I was impressed with the menu - lots of items that appealed to me, and I had a hard time choosing. The food and service were very good. As tourists to Portland, we found this neighborhood restaurant to be a pleasant change of pace from downtown Portland.

We were delighted with our entire experience! Jerry, our server, took very good care of us and our entrees were both delicious. The neighborhood vibe was perfect for a Sunday Labor Day dinner and even the playlist hand picked by the hostess was on point! Why can’t we have a perfect total experience like this in our Portland?! Definitely coming back when the opportunity to visit ME comes around again. 5 stars!!
