Behind our bar you’ll find craft beers, a great mixture of classic & signature cocktails as well as a modest selection of wine.

Our food focuses on simplicity, home comforts and delicious flavours. All dishes are prepared using only the freshest ingredients.

Directly opposite from Fountain Park; it’s also a great hub to head to for ‘pre and post’ cinema food & drinks.

The mussels were delicious, roast beef perfect, mushroom and walnut wellington very tasty. Vegetables great. Altogether a lovely meal served by friendly staff. The Fountain is great for disabled in wheelchairs or mobility scooters.

Onion rings were lovely. Beer was good. Bacon and chicken croquettes were awful. The taste and look were terrible. Loved everything else though.

Annabell, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us. It was surprising to hear that you did not like the croquettes as they are one of our biggest sellers. I would maybe mention that they are haggis, chicken, and bacon so maybe they didn't taste as you expected them too? We would love to have you back to try one of the other great items off of our menu. Interesting menu, plenty of choice. We had the haggis bonbons with Irn Bru dip...excellent..then the chicken curry pie...delicious . Football was on so it was quite noisy, however the staff worked hard to keep everything running smoothly and they did a great job. Look forward to our next visit!

Food was excellent as always and the reason why we love going there. However the service was really long in between starter and main. We wanted to order dessert but had to ask for the bill instead as no one came to place our order. That was 1h30 after we had arrived at the restaurant. Great pub, great food but the service in the restaurant area was a let down.

Great area to leave mobility scooter. Greg gave great service with a smile and a joke. Starters and Sunday roast as well as other mains excellent.
