The wait staff was excellent. Two different managers stopped at our table to ask if we needed anything and the food was amazing.

The grouper fish special was delicious. We were a party of four. Each of us ordered the grouper fish special and each of us thought it was outstanding. We were seated in a booth by the bar area, very comfortable seating. The service was outstanding. Thank you for a lovely evening.

From the working hostess, the wait staff to the working Management team everything hummed. Had the special caldo verde soup and short rib vindaloo main course. Wonderful flavors. Nice way to enjoy a special day.

Interesting place to dine open to the public. Restaurant is on the grounds of a 55+ community with well-appointed ambiance to residents and guests. Nicely prepared food dishes by the chef. Both my wife and I enjoyed the lump crab cakes, salads, and soups served. Thank You!

I have always enjoyed eating at the Foundry. I live at Trilogy so I eat at the Foundry quite often. There is always a good selection of food choices. Using the Open Table makes it very easy to make Reservations. Our server was very helpful. I would like to Thank her I don’t remember her name but she is getting married in a few weeks.
