one of the ladies at the bar had a nasty attitude and when I came to sit at the bar, like the host had just told me to do, she kept grilling me if i had a reservation. I explained to her I did and the host had sent me over here and instead of letting me sit and just going to check she gave me a crazy attitude and forced me to stand in front of my seat for like 3 minutes while she finished making a drink so she could go “check” (mind you she never even left the bar cause it took her so damn long, the host had THANKFULLY walked in and gave me reassured I had a reservation - the same thing I said!) I understand needing confirmation but the way she went about it was crazy and an awful start to my night. Additionally, I put on my reservation and told the bartender it was my guests birthday and they didn’t acknowledge it at all which was disappointing. Drinks were fine, wings tasted good, fries tasted like they baked them from frozen (gross). Disappointing experience overall.

So disappointed! Went here several months ago and had an amazing experience. This time we set a birthday reservation and called to make sure we could have a table for 8 in the midnight room speakeasy, even if we had to be split in two tables. They said they could accommodate. Once there they put us at a table for 4, saying they’d have an additional one soon. Hour goes by, speakers get turned on extremely loud and are busted/staticky. We try to move to the nearly empty front part of the restaurant with their permission, still had to move around chairs ourselves. Really pricy, weirdly loud, and the waitstaff seemed extremely overwhelmed in general. We felt bad so we left without most of the group getting drinks after an hour and saw other tables do the same. Really cool concept which was great when it first opened… but sadly not a good spot anymore.

Overall, the Midnight Room was just okay. $35 for a bartender curated drink seems a bit excessive. & the drinks were just okay, nothing stellar. Was fun for a 1x visit, but likely will not return or recommend.

Set a reservation for 11:15pm. Arrived on time and after 5 minutes finally hostess acknowledged us. Then stated the speakeasy was full and how they aren’t allowed to rush the customers but they were just “chilling” and that we were told to wait 30-45 min for a potential table to open up. By time table opened 45 minutes later we no longer wanted it. I ordered a lemon drop which tasted like sweetened lemonade. Overall- won’t return.

We made a reservation for the main dinning area and were sent to the “speakeasy” side which started off cool but it wasn’t comfortable to eat. The biggest turn off is that in that area people were allowed to smoke and with the minimal ventilation we had to request to get moved out back to main dinning area because the smell was very off-putting.

I made reservations here after a recommendation from a friend. I was told it was a speakeasy hidden inside of The Forum that had no menu and that I would be interviewed by the bartender on my drink preferences and that the bartender would make me a custom drink based on my feedback. I read the description here and it said it is HIDDEN inside The Forum. When I arrived, I was disappointed to see the door was open with patrons walking in and out of the room. We are seated and I notice the menu has drinks listed but a $35 (the charged $37) ‘Mixologists Last Stand’ which was the drink they custom make for you. My wife ordered that and I ordered an old fashioned. The WAITRESS said, what do you like, not the bartender. 45 minutes later they bring our drinks and they were awful, nothing I couldn’t get elsewhere for half the price. We waited so long the waitress (who was very good) offered us a free next round, which was just as bad as the first. My wife hated her $35 custom drink and it was nothing like what she asked for. The vibe of this place is not intimate, but loud and filled with cigar smoke. I read that management recently made the change…well they need to change it back because there is nothing unique or special about this experience and I will never return to this place.

I had previously been to the midnight room last year and had a great experience. I returned last night and it was a completely different experience. at 8 PM on a Saturday night, it was pretty much empty. there was a musty smell in the entire area, which made the experience intolerable. The drinks also were terrible. I ordered an espresso martini and basically got a glass of vodka. between the smell and the drinks, we only stayed 20 minutes. the only positive thing was that the wait staff was very nice.

I rated the food good because it wouldn't let me complete the review without a rating. However, I did not order food. The speakeasy was nice. I do wish that the door would've been closed, it didn't seem so "private." The drinks were really good, definitely try the Sidecar and the Negroni (ck sp). Rachel was a great server. Will visit again in the near future.
