Two iconic destinations come together as we bring Fortnum’s to the City for the first time. The Fortnum’s Bar & Restaurant will serve up a seasonal and contemporary menu from within the al fresco-style surroundings of the Royal Exchange’s spectacular central courtyard – and we are taking bookings now! The menu – which goes from breakfast through to dinner – allows metropolitan traditions to meet modern London. A luxurious offering of caviar, shellfish, and hand-carved smoked salmon will be served in addition to light, raw, and vegan options; while Fortnum’s most renowned dishes, including Welsh Rarebit and the Knickerbocker Glory will also appear, alongside fresh produce from our famous Food Halls, such as our exclusive Glenarm beef. Food will be served alongside an extensive and expertly curated wine and Champagne list, in addition to cocktails, floats, and digestives.

Outstanding setting and very good food. Service was disappointing due to the abrupt attitude of the waiter. We chose to have to have a dessert and coffee elsewhere, due to his curt manner. Also, it is not obvious where the reception area is.

The lobster spaghetti is fantastic worth returning for this dish alone. Great Service from our waitress very attentive and polite

A great setting to meet people in the city, especially for a brunch. Great atmosphere and impressive to share with an overseas visitor. Food and service were good and price reasonable for Fortnum's Bar.

They didn't register OpenTable reservation despite the fact that we received a booking confirmation by email. We were turned away in an extremely rude manner. It was a shocking experience, as we expected decent customer service in this kind of place.
