A truly unique and delicious experience. Servers are true professionals, attentive through the whole meal. The menu offers a wide array of delicious steaks and sides. The restaurant and the view are unlike anything I’ve experienced. Highly recommend.

One of the gems of Denver, The Fort is a terrific place to go for a special event, or to bring a business group together for a taste of Colorado's natural past. Apart from the beef, the bison, elk and other local game meats are delicious, and plentiful. The restaurant has a warmth and charm that is unique. Service for our table was amazing - we were fortunate to have Adam who delivered a spectacular service.

Yum! Everything we ate was delicious. The drinks, both cocktail and mocktail variety, were great. We started dinner with the bone marrow and the bison egg appetizers. They both had unique flavors and I would order them again! Next was the salad and bread course and typically I wouldn't even comment on this but the salad was enjoyable and the bread was obviously freshly made. For entrees we chose the duck and the fort's game plate and we added the Mac n cheese. Everything was cooked perfectly and the Mac n cheese had an Instagram worthy cheese pull. We ended the night with desserts of cheesecake and the chocolate chile bourbon cake. Needless to say we enjoyed everything we ate. The views and the aesthetic alone are worth visiting the fort for and the service was superb. I can't wait to go back and try something else!

I’ve been going to The Fort for 3.5 years now and have loved every single experience. You can feel the amazing energy and all of the history and love that is put into the food and the dining experience!

I enjoyed another fine dinner at the Fort. Food was outstanding and overall service very good. This was for our 30th Wedding anniversary. Prices have definitely gone up and although they normally give you a complimentary dessert for special occasions, they did not this time. It’s unfortunate that these nice perks seem to be going away.

We were had a larger group of 11 guests. We arrived and sat immediately upon our reservation time. We ordered cocktails and appetizers which arrived shortly after. Service was attentive and thorough. Guests ordered a variety of menu items , all well received and complimented on taste. Overall fantastic experience. Recommend .

Great diner. Adam was an excellent server and he went above and beyond. Food was great as usual. I’m not sure what happened but I split the check with my friend but I got charged twice and he was not charged. Otherwise a flawless experience.
