It was a wonderful experience. My only criticism is that the service was a little slow because it didn’t appear there were enough wait staff.

My wife Ana I have gone to Food Market in Columbia many times and had wonderful meals and a great time. Last evening, 9/13/2024 was not a good experience. The server was not very good. My9 yo son's meal (chicken fingers and French fries) was ordered when my wife and I order our appetizers. We wanted his food to come out early because he was very hungry. The waiter forgot to place the order. We did realize this until my wife and I got our main course. I was so put off by this, I walked up to the chef and placed the order myself!! The manager comped his meal. I think I will just take a break from Food Market. The Merriweather district has several options.

Everything was good and great waiter! Only complaint is having the one bathroom stall and waiting in line in middle of restaurant for ladies room

Our total experience was wonderful. Food and service top knotch. We've been to the other restaurants and they are equally as tasty and service has always been excellent.

Menu is varied and gives you great options . Food was very good and the drinks were better! Went for brunch and it was busy but service was fantastic!

I always love coming to The Food Market! I brought my mom here for Sunday brunch and she couldn't stop talking about it for the rest of the day! The food and drinks were wonderful and so was the staff! I would absolutely recommend.

It's unfair for me to share my experience cuz this is 1 of my favorite places to go every time I visit the area...They NEVER miss with anything, food is ALWAYS DELICIOUS and worth it...AND I can never leave without ordering the heath bar Crunch bread pudding...
