We love the food at the Flying Steamshovel, and the food was completely reliable and good. Some of the meals warm, and some cool which was disappointing. The last time I was there in early January I remarked at the QUALITY of the service and sadly this was not our experience this time. Every drink that we ordered was late, even after the appetizers arrived and the last drink came when we were sitting waiting for the bill and waiting to leave. It had sat on the bar. We were well done our appetizers when the server took our main order which delayed us getting the meal. Server was engaging and polite just busy and the restaurant appeared short staffed. Doisappointed.

We had a delicious supper tonight! Awesome burgers and best ever salad with beets, yams, feta, cranberries etc. Excellent local beer on tap, fun relaxing atmosphere, easy to hear each other. Will be back for sure!

This is a great pub. Make sure you get Adam as a server. Beer selection is fresh and wide spread. Food comes out hot and fresh made each time. The ambiance is theat of a neighborhood but, friendly and welcoming.

The food was wonderful! Everyone loved their meals. Love the inclusive menu with lots of gluten free and vegan options.

My family usually goes to the steam shovel quite often and today I was super disappointed we spend over 100$ for lunch with friends and 3 out of our 3 meals were cold not impressed at all.
