Best breakfast we've had in a long time. The food was excellent. Steak and Eggs was amazing with an order of pancakes.

Excellent food and service. We dined outside so noise from passing trucks was disruptive but still worth it to enjoy our breakfast outdoors on Main Street of historic Bethlehem. Our server made us feel welcome and had just the right balance of being there when needed and disappearing when not needed. Our food was delicious, portions were ample, and our coffee mugs were topped off as often as needed. I’ve been here many times and have always had a great experience.

We have been taking our granddaughters to the Flying Egg before they return to college each fall - it is a super fun tradition. This week, we celebrated our 10 year old granddaughter’s double digit birthday at the Flying Egg and she had a delicious brunch and birthday treat brought by the waitress. What a cute surprise ! We do love to visit the Flying Egg!

Just had breakfast here to catch up with a friend. We chose an outdoor table because it was a little bit quieter. The drinks and food and service were top notch as always! Anytime anyone suggests getting breakfast I always suggest The Flying Egg as my first choice - I recommend a reservation to cut down wait time as it is a very popular restaurant.

My experience was simply fantastic. The quality of the food, service, and ambiance proved to be exceptional. I had a caesar salad with freshly made croutons and marinated chicken. I highly recommend The Flying Egg! We celebrate birthdays there or meet our cousins and friends for brunch. The staff of friendly and the restaurant is bright and cheerful.

We had a nice brunch there. Didn’t drink, but the spicy Benedict and cinnamon fresh toast were both excellent. It’s cute inside. We got there at 9am and the table and menus were sticky with syrup. We’ll try it again.

This is my first time going to the Flying Egg and it will definitely not be my last. The food was great, cocktails were good, we did have to wait like 20 minutes after being seated until somebody actually came and asked for our order but it is understandable since it was crowded. The place is rather noisy with so many tables placed near together but they do offer outside seating as well. But I have to say the best part was my server, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I’m so sorry I cannot remember her name but she made my experience worth every single bit. She was attentive, courteous, very professional, and it was my birthday which she noticed when she checked my id and she took it upon herself to bring me a Happy Birthday fruit plate which was the best thing ever. She definitely made my day!!! Thank you for everything, you are AMAZING!!!🫶🏽

A favorite breakfast/brunch spot for a reason! The food was very good, fresh squeezed OJ, Good service…the only downside is finding parking can be very difficult but the restaurant itself is great
