The Fireside was a very pleasant find. It was the best of a Supper Club and a Steak House. The food was very good an the portions were reasonable. The server staff was pleasant. Over all we had an enjoyable meal. The view of Detroit Lake was quite nice. Next time we visit the area, we'll be sure to visit again.

We arrived on time for a 630 reservation, and were seated next to the kitchen area. Ordered the ahi tuna app, which was the best part of the meal. Took more than an hour for our entrees to arrive, and when they did they were cold. This was our go to place for years. No longer. Very expensive and not worth it

On-line reservation process was great. Excellent service. Food was superb, as was the wine. Prime rib was good. Salad was excellent. Creme brulee was okay. Recommend a dessert like a cheese cake or layered chocolate brownie. I give the establishment a 5-star rating. Fran was the best server we've had in some time. Really enjoy her friendly competent manner. Thanks!

We had outside reservations but since it started raining they had changed us to inside and we got in right away which we were grateful for!!

It was spendy but the service, food, atmosphere and view were all worth it for a special Fathers Day treat for my dad and husband. And we didn’t hold back—we got the steaks, drinks and dessert. Filet was perfect, walleye was spectacular. Ribs, coconut shrimp and the strip and sirloin were on point. Desserts and espresso were a perfect ending.

Lovely patio with comfortable chairs, view of the lake and friendly server. Food was delicious and we were given a free dessert as we were celebrating our anniversary!

We were able to adjust our reservation about 2 hours before our meal to accommodate a friend who wanted to join. We had great service and the food was delicious. We had some friends who enjoyed the simpler menu choices and others enjoyed the finer dining options.
