Seeking a sophisticated holiday pop-up in Nashville to celebrate the holidays? Grab your friends and family and embark on a train ride to The Finch Polar Express inside the historic Union Station baggage building. The dining experience will feature specialty holiday cocktails, complimentary hot cocoa bar, festive menu items, and classy décor. The Finch will serve our standard menus in addition to our Polar Express themed menu, which features holiday cocktails and festive desserts. Our complimentary hot cocoa is made fresh daily by our culinary team with whole ingredients.

The food was wonderful but our server Naomi truly made this experience one we’ll never forget. She was absolutely amazing!

The food was so delicious! Highly recommend the volcano rock shrimp appetizer! Perfect place for our anniversary dinner!

The entire experience was 10 out of 10! The server was outstanding! I hate I don’t remember her name. The food and drinks were amazing! I had the martini flight. All 3 flavors were delicious. We had buffalo chicken eggrolls for appetizers. Those were the best egg rolls I’ve ever had ! I would go back just for them. For entrees we had, the steak and eggs and the short rib hash. The hash was really good but it could use some type of sauce. The steak and eggs was good but the steak was just a tad bit salty. They had a complimentary hot cocoa station which was perfect before walking back into the cold weather. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I will definitely be going back

The restaurant is beautiful but the food was so disappointing. We ordered a chicken dish for the appetizer and it was just chicken nuggets. I got steak frites for dinner and the steak had no sear- it looked grey. I had to spit several bites out because of how chewy and fatty the steak was. My boyfriend got short rib with mashed potatoes, and the short rib has the same issue with being so fatty it was almost not edible. The mashed potatoes had gotten hard so he had to slice through to eat it. I was so disappointed because the restaurant is so cute but not worth the money at all.

Our entire section had problems with our orders. Waiter had so many excuses, forgot to put orde I - the kitchen was backed up…after 1.5 hrs we had enough. 1 order correct the avocado toast was served on pumpernickel bread and the eggs were cold. Waiter kept making excuses, blaming kitchen then himself - finally asked for check and we were not charged for Avocado toast. Manager came over to apologize but it was a little too late, we were so over all of the excuses.

The actual server was great, friendly and very accommodating. On the other hand, there was a woman, possibly a manager who was very rude, nasty and not willing to budge with seating our groups together. She intentionally sat us on opposite sides on each other and kept saying how sorry she was that she couldn’t have us next to each other because we should have made the reservations for one table. She frowned and said no, it cannot be done and was unwilling to listen to the requests from my myself and others in the party. She had a mean disposition and didn’t know anything about hospitality or politeness. We were an all African-American party of 12 and another of 4 which she placed on opposite sides of the divider, even though there was an empty space next to the table for 12. It was my daughter’s graduation and everyone who attended was seated and beyond famished, otherwise I would have left because of the treatment of the woman. She stood at end of the table, disrupting and offending the guests poised with disdain and contempt. The restaurant was beautiful and the servers were awesome. This woman left a very bad taste for all in the party.

We waited 30+ min for food. We escalated to the hostess as our waiter was not around. Another 10 minutes later they brought out the cold eggs with fried chicken and potatoes. We sent it back and shared the grits and breakfast sandwich. Not a good experience
