    Everything ordered came out hot, flavorful, & fresh! I will be back to visit. It is pretty loud, so my infant babbling every once in a while didn't bother anyone. I ordered the gnocchi & it was the best I've had. PERIOD.

    Every item we ordered was a 10/10 and there were several other items on the menu that we still need to go back and try! The brussels sprouts are amazing, so are the meatballs. Short ribs and cioppino were my favorite! Em was our server and she was great! We cannot wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.

    Another great experience. Enjoyed the crab and artichoke spaghetti pasta dish (a special), while my wife enjoyed the cioppino (always a favorite). The Fat Lamb remains one of our favorite dinner locations for its consistently great-tasting menu choices and solid service.

    Food was exceptional as were our cocktails. Service was wonderful. Only issue was as the place got more crowded the noise level was a bit tough for our party of four. Highly recommend The Fat Lamb!

    The Fat lamb is always outstanding. Tried the sea bass for the first time and it was great. Had the whipped feta appetizer and it was outstanding. Always love the Greek salad. Others at the table had the short ribs, shrimp and scallops with risotto, and fisherman’s stew — all outstanding. Can’t go wrong.

    We had a really great experience at The Fat Lamb on 1/3/25. Austin was our incredible server. He checked in with us often, gave us great suggestions, and helped us coordinate more of a family style meal where we all got to share many different dishes. We had a party of 7 total and he did a really great job of taking care of us. The food was extremely flavorful - everything came out at the same time and everything was hot. Our party’s favorites were the short rib, the duck breast, the cauliflower, and the arancini. Honestly, I don’t think there’s a thing on the menu that wouldn’t be enjoyable. Our party did not have any cocktails, but they all looked delicious - a little on the pricey end, however. Overall, we will definitely be back for a visit. I highly recommend coming to The Fat Lamb.

    This James Beard semifinalist lives up to the hype. The Cajun scallop and shrimp risotto was flawlessly executed—perfectly seasoned, tender seafood, and creamy risotto. A true standout dish, one of the best I’ve ever had. Drinks were fine, but the food and atmosphere make this a must-visit in Louisville.
