    Great cosy venue with relaxed vibes. Staff were very accommodating to our pet dog. Excellent drink selection. It was convenient to order dinner from local businesses & then enjoy it at The Fat Goat who provided cutlery, plates & everything we required to have a mn enjoyable dinner.

    "Female waitress was very rude. Booking was confirmed for an inside table but when we arrived we were rudely told there was none available and we had to sit outside. Bar staff - lack of knowledge of the products they were selling. We would normally recommend the Fat Goat and have done so in the past. However, last night experience was disappointing and would be cautious recommending moving forward.

    Love going here whether it be to pick up some takeaway beers from the bottle shop or to stay in with some local meals. Always great fresh beers on tap.

    Great friendly staff and overall atmosphere LOVED the Burns Night special event. Highly recommend this place for any events or a relaxed evening!
