Our waiter was lovely funny man and made the experience great for my parents visiting me in the UK from NZ. The Sticky Toffee pudding was honesty the best we ever had!

Fat Badger was excellent. The food was lovely and the service was excellent. A special mention for the beautiful Sticky Toffee Pudding it was superb.

Friendly, good value and good service. Great location in the center of York. Good selection of beers and a very nice fat badger local ale. Well worth a visit and would recommend booking.

Although food was nice - very overpriced and service Was below standard - we have been before but probably Won’t go again. We ate inside in the restaurant. We all had Sunday lunch which was in a bowl which was a bit Weird.

Food is good, authentic and very similar to the British pub food experience. Came at around lunch time in the weekend, it was a little dark in the room that we were sitting in.

The service was attentive and friendly and the food was very good. Lovely, cosy ambience with a great soundtrack which wasn't loud but added to the vibe. Would definitely go again.

We had Sunday lunch which was so tasty & we had ample options, one had pork & one had beef. For sweet we both had sticky toffee pudding which was absolutely gorgeous. Great value for money, lovely surroundings and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend others to visit.

It is a hidden gem in the city of York ! I am so glad that I stumbled across this lovely pub! You have different areas to sit, depending upon how you feel. Outside garden, By the window, people watching as they walk along the street or in the snug where it is nice and cosy. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food was delicious every time I have been. Thank you 😊
