   We went on a less busy night and enjoyed a leisurely dinner catching up. Our waiter, Brandon, did a wonderful job checking on us at just the right times. We never felt rushed or urged to leave when it was clear our meal was over. The manager, Jason, checked on us to insure our meal met our expectations. The bacon on the grilled chicken club was the best part—a delicious sweet & spicy glaze. A surprise coupon for a discounted appetizer was presented at the end of our meal (we celebrated my birthday). Looking forward to our next visit.

   Cornbread came out hard as a rock, appetizers weren’t great. Service overall was very slow. We ordered a dessert, and two glasses of wine at the same time and the dessert showed up well before the wine. We won’t be going back

   The food was good for the value. However, we were seated at 6:30, order placed at 6:40 and food arrived at 7:30 with minimal dinners. Our waitress was apologetic and had a great demeanor. Perhaps the kitchen had an off night—we are willing to go again.

   The food was very good. Our server was good but not great. She had to be asked to remove the plates from the table. I'm not a fan of being charged for refills on iced tea. I suggest increasing the price and allowing for refills. We enjoyed our visit but want to provide this feedback to improve customer experience. When people are more selective in when and where they're spending their dining dollars, these points should be highly considered. Thank you.

   Thus was my birthday dinner and the night was a bit of a let down. The food was excellent! We had the Chesapeake pasta and the Ragu. The portion size was smaller than expected but flavorful. Now for out server. She was less than attentive. Didn’t check on us much or clear the plates. There was a significant time between us finishing our plates and needing the check. My husband had to go look for her to get the check.

   The entire experience was disappointing. Awkward seating, 4 out of 5?meals served were poorly executed. All meats: steak, beef tips and lamb shanks were over cooked. Steak too well done and sirloin tips were charred. Veal Marsala had three slices of mushrooms. We sent back plates, vegetables were uncooked, and asked for more mushrooms, but the whole meal was disjointed. Waiter was aloof and focused on upselling for desserts. I felt the need to apologize to our guests for traveling to dine with us.

   Steak burned, chicken burned, salads drowning in dressing. Appetizers were good but took over an hour. They were kind enough to add an 18% service fee plus another 3% for using a credit card. Very disappointing, will not go back

   I really wanted to like this place—the menu was enticing, and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, the food was a bit bland and lacked seasoning for my liking. I’m willing to chalk up the mix-up with our order to the waitress being new, but overall, it didn’t quite meet expectations.

    The food is delicious, however some of the items need to be cooked longe. For example, the corn bread is very light in color and peach cobbler was also very light in color, needs to be baked to golden brown.
