   The restaurant is very nice with decor and varied menu. The service was very very slow and follow up by our waitress was poor. She may have been new, the restaurant was not very busy, food was slow to come after order. There were 3 of us only one had been here before. This was my first time. The prior visitor said this was unusual.

   Great time good food and excellent service. Service staff was very attentive and always checking in to see how we were doing.

   Environment was elegant and friendly, our server, Adrianna, was graceful and very attentive. Everything made for a delightful experience.

   We were actually seated before our reservation time. While we waited, we were in the bar area near the fireplace. It was difficult to get service and we had to go up to the bar to order. Once our table was ready, the service outside was quick and thorough. The server was well-versed on not just the daily specials, but also details on each dish . Our food - from the appetizers through the entrées, and even our desserts, was very well prepared and presented, not to mention just plain delicious. We look forward to our next visit to the Farmhouse.

   Service was excellent. The food was delicious with the exception of the overly salty risotto. We were surprised at the limited bottled wine selection. Our biggest issue was the live music. It was too loud and the singer was terrible. We would like to go again, but we’ll probably go at a time there is not live music or we’ll call to find out who is playing.

   Great restaurant for farm to table. Not quite at the level of their sister restaurants, Blackwall Hitch or Blackwall Barn, but solid for what they offer. More casual vibe, but still attentive. I gave the food a 5, probably should have been a 4, but because my server, Phil, was so good, I gave them the 5. Worth going to, reservations are recommended, but this is not a high end restaurant.

    We went on a less busy night and enjoyed a leisurely dinner catching up. Our waiter, Brandon, did a wonderful job checking on us at just the right times. We never felt rushed or urged to leave when it was clear our meal was over. The manager, Jason, checked on us to insure our meal met our expectations. The bacon on the grilled chicken club was the best part—a delicious sweet & spicy glaze. A surprise coupon for a discounted appetizer was presented at the end of our meal (we celebrated my birthday). Looking forward to our next visit.
