Sherwin Jacobs heads the kitchen and promises to deliver an experience you will not forget specialising in quality, fresh, local produce. The food was amazing. The lights kept flickering. Service was attentive and excellent. Happy to wait at bar at beginning was well managed. Free bar snacks would have made it even lovelier and a bottle of tap water on the table would have been nice. Fantastic night out will be back again.

We went for lunch and there was lots on the menu that all sounded amazing - what we ordered was delicious and I’d definitely go back to try everything else! Service was great and we went with our 10 week old twins- I’d put on our booking that we’d have a double buggy and the staff really thought about where would be best to seat us and gave us options where we could sit when we arrived. They were also very accommodating bringing our food out when one of the twins didn’t fall asleep straight away!

We had lunch on Sunday we all had a roast dinner which was cooked to perfection and was attractively presented. The service was very good and was attentive given the restaurant was very busy.

Lovely garden at The Farmhouse Redcoats to have lunch. Main course only comes with listed accompaniment so you need to order a side of vegetables as well. Dessert uninspired! Poor service as no one Waiter/Waitress seems to have overall responsibility for your table. Lots of different waiters and waitresses throughout the meal. Having waited an age for our dessert order to be taken and been ignored I had to get up to go and find a lead to take our order. Meanwhile we watched as a Waiter and Waitress were sent to see if they could help out at a Sponsored event taking place in the garden later that evening!!! We have visited The Farmhouse before but the service we received will not entice us back.

Poppy our server was fantastic, we had our toddler with us and he was well looked after. Really friendly server. Food was fantastic and we enjoyed sitting in the garden after lunch.

I had the fish of the day special - bream with shrimp risotta and caviar. It was absolutely delicious. Great food, great service, great ambience.

The Gluten Free options were very limited. Ended up with food I was warned contained mustard. The lamb chops were undercooked to the extent they were almost inedible. The meal ended by walking across a pitch black car park that had no lighting. Very disappointing experience.
