Voted "The Best Newcomer" restaurant at the recent May 2023 Food Reader Awards, The Farm Table is all about taking food off the farm & into the fire, celebrating the simplicity of beautiful ingredients grown, reared, caught & crafted on our doorstep.

We aim to get as much from our farm onto your table as possible and if it’s not from our farm it’s from our vibrant community of like-minded artisan food producers, farmers & fisherman who share our passion.

Open everyday 12pm-3pm for lunch and evenings on Thursday, Friday & Saturday 6pm-9pm

Exeter University Graduation 2024 - open for lunch and evenings from Monday 15th - Saturday 20th July for graduation celebrations.

The normal lovely atmosphere was spoiled by live music which was unexpected and made conversation very difficult.

Great experience. Lovely tasty food with a wide choice of options. The roast beef was tasty with a large Yorkshire pudding, crispy roast potatoes and lovely selection of fresh vegetables. Flat breads were excellent together with the charcuterie plate and salads. Service is always great with friendly welcoming staff. Special note to Carolina and Joel. A regular favourite!

Outstanding seasonal food mostly direct from the farm. Preparations are at once creative yet not overly fussy. Welcoming, with friendly and efficient service.

My partner (who is vegetarian) and I have just enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Dart's Farm. A menu and wine list which catered for both our tastes and which fulfilled our expectations, all served by our lovely and professional waitress Roxy. All dishes served were delicious, especially the dressed local crab and the scallops and the desserts finished off a delightful lunch. Sometimes forgotten, our table was placed just far enough from it's neighbour to allow private conversation to take place. I / we have no hesitation in recommending The Farm Table.
