This $145 experience offers a curated menu with wine pairings that celebrate Hobbs’ legacy of sustainable vineyard management and minimally invasive techniques, capturing the essence of each exceptional vineyard. Start with Gougere and Fromage Blanc, followed by Breakfast Radishes w/ Cultured Butter, perfectly paired with the Paul Hobbs Russian River Chardonnay. Dive into a Warm Mushroom Panzanella, accompanied by two distinct Pinot Noirs from the Russian River and West Sonoma Coast. Our main course features a beautifully prepared Beef Tenderloin with Bone Marrow Maitre d' Butter and Au Jus, alongside the bold Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon.

Food was EXCELLENT, Flavors on point. (Tuna too small and a little bit pricey, but delicious. Caesar salad was HUGE. BUTTER CAKE OMG) Light too down for my preference. Service OK, but not excellent (need to improve, specially server). Busser was kind and attentive.

Ambiance and service were excellent. The food was served under temperature and lacked flavor. Presentation was excellent and drinks were good.

Absolute 10/10. The meal was fresh, seasoned nicely, and served in great portion. Our server was lovely, she recommended a great wine and made us feel welcomed for my partner’s birthday. Will return again.

The Caesar salad was not a Caesar salad. The type of lettuce that was used in the amount of dressing used made the lettuce wilt. It was not Romaine lettuce. The service was nice, the appetizers were OK, the blackened snapper was delicious, the scallops were undercooked and the desserts were fantastic.
