Collaboration

• Trve Jones, Genever Gin 45% ABV / 90 Proof

  Genever, the original form of gin, created by the dutch in the 1500's. This gin differs from standard styles with a base of 100% malted barley all grown and malted in Colorado. The botanical mix is juniper, coriander, orris root, bitter orange, rosemary and saaz hops. The distillate was rested in a used Rye Whiskey barrel for six months. A collaboration with Trve Brewing in Denver
