The Factory Kitchen est le premier concept du FactoryPlaceHospitalityGroup, dont l'ouverture le 31 octobre 2013 a été largement saluée. The food, as always, was sublime. My guest and I shared the “Tradizionale Ligurian Foccacina” and the Gnocchi with boar bolognese sauce. Both dishes define truly satisfying food. Compelling flavor and texture combinations that encourage just one more bite… The service is consistently warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Questions asked are answered with real insight into the restaurant’s offerings. And proposed wine selections and pairings are thoughtful. Without exception, this is a restaurant that never fails to please and excite.

Early Sunday dinner turns out to be a great time not only for traffic but for a calmer atmosphere in the restaurant....it was relatively quiet, we could hear each other talk, our waiter wasnt rushed and made terrific suggestions....and the food and cocktails were TOPS!!@! Loved the experience.

My first time coming here but would love to come back to try more on the menu! Our waiter was super friendly, I tried the gnocchi and it was amazing. The sauce for the gnocchi pasta is what really put a finishing touch on it👌🏻 great first experience

One of the best Italian experiences in Los Angeles. Highly recommend. Nothing we had was “just okay” let alone bad. Every dish was crafted perfectly. Will be going again

Friendly service and good food. Food here is authentic and tasty. Dont come here expecting lasagna We especially loved the prosciutto, casonzei, and pannacotta. Cannolis are amazing as well if you enjoy those. The prosciutto and cannolis were the best we have ever had. The pannacotta was so close to being the best I've ever had (first was in Florence, IT). The pork belly was interesting but not something that I'd be eager to order again. My drinks were slightly above average nothing stood out. I wish the bread pudding didnt have the chocolate in it (it wasnt listed). It would have been perfect without it. Staff was attentive. It was fun to see the making bread and pasta. We loved that!
