A high-energy cocktail lounge amidst the Lancaster sky, The Exchange redefines your view of this historic yet Hip City. We are a 21+ establishment after 4pm. You must present a valid physical ID at the door.

Sip from an extensive craft cocktail menu complemented by thoughtful wine & local beer selection; savor a menu of inventive small plates by Chef Ryan McQuillan; and socialize at the The Exchange: Your favorite gathering place.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are encouraged during peak times and weekends. Walk-ins are welcomed on a first come, first serve basis. If you're looking to make a reservation, please find us on OpenTable, or call during business hours.

The views are nice but it is understaffed so we waited quite awhile for service. The food was good but half of our order wasn’t placed by the server. When I asked for a blanket because it was chilly, I was told it cost $5.00. Really?

We got to The Exchange just in time to see the sunset and it was a perfect view! The food and drinks were delicious. The shrimp rolls are out of this world! Our server, Tanner, was awesome. He had great local beer suggestions and information about the nearby breweries. 10 out of 10 experience!

Very nice experience at the Exchange. We were seated quick with reservations and although no option to select inside or outside on the app, they asked what I’d prefer at seating. Food served tapas style and shared with table was okay but table can get crowded easily. Our server Heaven was great and attentive to take dishes away when needed. Drinks were good along with the food. Portions were decently large so no need to over order. Food came quick as well. Overall great experience and amazing views of the Lancaster area!

It was our 8th anniversary and wanted to try something new… pizza was delicious!! The cauliflower was amazing!! Service was great!! Very nice time.. Will be back!!

We had to wait over an hour for our pizza Other tables who came in after us were served before us. When we told the waiter he said the pizza was on the house and he apologized for our wait. When we got the bill the charge for the pizza was on the bill. At that point we just wanted out of the restaurant because it was loud and short staffed. Will not be back that’s for sure

We had such a fun experience eating at The Exchange last night. The food was creative and delicious and the portions were nicely sized. Our waiter, Josh, was welcoming and friendly and gave us so much information about ordering- everything he said was spot on! The drinks were unusual and tasty! We had a few dietary needs and learned that just about everything on the menu is made to order and individual items could be subbed to fit our needs. Everything was as fresh as could be! The atmosphere was ‘cool’ and comfortable and we felt the whole evening was very special. The view was spectacular! We will be back next time we are in Lancaster!
