Led by a team of lifelong Chicago restaurant figures, The Evie is a locally-owned upscale dining destination located at the heart of the Magnificent Mile. Led by Partner George Archos (Wildberry Café), Chef-Partner Nick Nitti (Forno Rosso, Lucia Rose, Cucina 3 Italian), and Executive Chef Phil Rubino (Spiaggia, L2O, Cicchetti), the restaurant provides city locals and visitors a place to unwind and indulge while overlooking iconic Michigan Avenue. Named after George’s mother and daughter, the concept puts family at the forefront, with an emphasis on warm, Midwestern hospitality.

Evie offers full lunch/dinner and weekend brunch, presenting a menu of reimagined American classics and city favorites, spotlighting dishes like chef-crafted sushi rolls, freshly baked breads, Chicago-style Wagyu hotdogs, and USDA prime steaks. Complementing the menu, our dynamic beverage program weaves together seasonality and elegance, featuring an array of classic and craft cocktails, sake, beer & wine.

Had a great dinner. Loved the sushi. Table overlooked Michigan ave and on a cloudy day, the atmosphere was spot on.

This was our 3rd or 4th time having dinner at The Evie. It’s always been solid! It’s a great place in the area when you’re not looking for anything too fancy but want something at a nice level for food and service. Our server, Grace, was such a pleasure! She had an amazing personality and provided wonderful suggestions with detailed reasons why she loved some particular items. Food was great! Drinks were great! Service was great! We had some sushi, a great salad, and the salmon. All excellent!! We will be back.

Really enjoyed taking clients for dinner here, Chi our server was awesome as well as food and one of the owners, Kevin, stopped by to see how everything was which was great. I will be back for personal and business meals.

Continually I have a wonderful experience at The Evie. The staff, the food, the service and the ambiance are superb. It's my Go-To restaurant to dine alone at the interactive bar or dine with friends at my favorite table overlooking Michigan Avenue.

Horrible. First time going. Thought the spinach and artichoke dip would be like Bandera - it's not - just awful. Fries were also not great. I had a glass of wine and ordered another. It never came. I also never got water. The GM walked past my table four times and I had an empty wine glass and no water on my table and he did nothing. My waiter never game back for 15 minutes and I finally went up to the hostess stand to pay so I could leave. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Staff was welcoming, enthusiastic, and attentive. Helped to make the dinner memorable. Good recommendations. Food was superb. Best sushi roll I’ve ever had. Overall a totally joyous experience.

Food was excellent, as was the service. I highly recommend the side of cornbread with honey butter. It was amazing! The atmosphere was very nice.

Great experience at The Evie. I was staying next door at the Intercontinental and stopped by on a whim. The staff is SO welcoming and the food is good. Best of all, the restaurant is on the second floor so it feels like a sanctuary - away from the hustle of Michigan Ave. Give this place a try!
