Executive Chef, Max Charbonneau and his culinary team take great pride in creating dishes with locally sourced ingredients to highlight the flavors of Alberta. All of the beef and elk are sourced from Alberta, the ultra fresh vegetables are often from local farms and almost everything served is made in house to transform regional fare to memorable moments. With the absence of the bar tender (called in sick) left the staff short handed. The remainder of the staff did an outstanding job juggling a FULL dining room. We enjoyed the SEAFOOD TAGLIATELLE. It was EXCELLENT! We learned the chef came from a Michelin rated restaurant and it showed. We also enjoyed an appetizer of Tempura shrimp, also excellent. We will definitely return

We never actually ate here. Made a reservation based on a Mikes taxi instagram recommendation. The pictures posted looked nothing like the actual restaurant. Went for dinner at 7:30. We were literally the only people in the place. Felt really creepy so we walked out. So many fine places to eat in Banff this is not one of them.

We had the surf and turf. Was lots of food for two. The salmon was undercooked but everything else was fantastic!

Banff was very quiet on our early February visit so the restaurant was almost all our own. Service was attentive and authentically kind and the food was incredibly tasty and the perfect temperature. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway date dinner.

We were the only people in the restaurant at this time. Our server was wonderful and attentive. Food was good.

We were worried at first, since the hotel was full, but the resto was very quiet at dinner time. Thankfully, our fears were unfounded! The poor waiter was also the bartender and cleaning up the tables, but he managed it all with ease. The cocktails were great, then food…excellent!!!! Even if we stay elsewhere in Banff, we would return there just to eat. Their buffet breakfast was also great. And, both meals were reasonably priced too. Loved it!

the caesar salad was one of the best I've had. cannot say the same for the chicken wings. Those were the smallest I have EVER seen!!! If you wanna charge $19 for wings, try getting serious! what a joke. Waiter was typical young, inattentive and clueless. Mainly went there to hear Steph O sing, but won't be going back for the food.
