Had a great dinner with family and had a whole area to ourselves- thinking because it’s off season . From drinks to bread service to salads, appetizers , dinner and service - everything was great . Only thing was that there were no desserts made in house and I get that if it’s off season

Wonderful experience. The cocktails were fantastic along with the food, service, and atmosphere. My favorite Wisconsin supper club in Door County. I highly recommend.

We always have a great time dining here. The fish fry was outstanding and you can't miss the hot bacon salad dressing.

Not a good place to go for a special dinner. Those who arrived without reservations were seated & served more promptly than us. The restaurant was understaffed. Poor communication regarding food availability. Drink orders were taken 35 minutes after seating, food finally arrived 2 hours after seating. Manager admitted to being understaffed & overwhelmed. I wasn’t sold on this explanation since the ‘Immediate Seating’ sign was still illuminated outside. Frustrating anniversary night for us.

Outstanding service, amazing cocktails, delicious food and such a warm ambiance. One of my favorite, classic restaurants in Door County…..highly recommend!

Decent for a remote place. Our waiter wore so much cologne it burned our nostrils. We dreaded every time he came by. He was nice and polite but not aware of overwhelming smells

The food is atrocious. No flavor, tough meat. Poorly cooked. Steaks look grey and steamed rather than well seared. This may have sold up here in 1960 but wont stay around after the blue hairs are gone.

Could have been an off night, or because it’s the end of the season, but our meals definitely missed the mark. The best part of my meal was the salad with dried cherries. The pistachio crusted fish entree was significantly overcooked, and it was very dry and tough. The hamburger was definitely overcooked, dry and lukewarm when it arrived. The chowder had two pieces of clam and large chunks of onion and celery. As I said, it could have been an off night and the end of the season. The venue is beautiful though. I mentioned my concerns to a friend who lives here full time, and they said that it could have been a bad night. They like certain things on the menu but we didn’t order any of them. Maybe we made bad choices. My wife ordered ice cream for dessert and it was a huge portion, but it was freezer burnt. Not an inexpensive meal.

This is regular when we’re in Door County. This time we were disappointed with the food. I had the salmon Wellington with was awful. It was fishy and bitter tasting. I should have sent it back! The carrots were over cooked. Certainly not worth the $49 price. The food in the past was outstanding but not this time.
