Food was below average, nothing seemed fresh and the portions were very small. The server was pleasant but the wrong order was brought to our table and the drinks were also mixed up. Not the best overall, in fact quite disappointing unfortunately.

Had high hopes for our first time here but we were very disappointed, waited about 40 mins for the food to arrive even though the place was virtually empty food was cold, tasteless and expensive, we left feeling very hungry and had to go to Mac Donald’s 🙄 we won’t be back!

Lovely food & waiters. Great location for the the theatre. Only negative was our table was very close to others.

Absolutely fantastic totally unfaultable and the food was amazing me and my partner went for a meal at the engine room on Saturday night first off the service was second to none very tentative noticing when glasses, plates etc were empty straight away and coming to see how things were and clearing up we got starters of crispy potato's and olives for the table both fantastic then I got the pork belly which was honestly to die for and she got the beef croquettes which couldn't hav had more beef inif they tried I've seen less meat in a burger then the mains were duck shepherd's pie for myself once again mouth watering ly good and she had the pork belly which she said was amazing we had cocktails and cocktails as I'm a non drinker my first was a blackberry and elderflower fizz wow I swear it was a taste sensation and secondly I can't remember the name but it tasted just like a peach member and for her her first a jungle room I believe it was called and secondly a strawberry mojito I believe and she seemed to really enjoy both all in all it was a fantastic experience and for what you got I would say reasonably priced we both agree we will definitely be going back again

Food was unreal so nice everyone one of us enjoyed out meal. First visit but would absolutely come back. Service was good not rushed like some places totally enjoyable Thank you

On arrival we were taken to our window table set out nicely. Whilst we ordered drinks from our waitress she took the order and not long afterwards our meal arrived all at the same time. A thoroughly enjoyable meal very tasty and presented well. We all said afterwards how it was very good service the meals were hot and tasty. Only drawback was we were asked before our two hours were up to vacate the table for the next diners. Good experience cut short unfortunately. Overall excellent food, service and venue

We had the duck shepherds pie and the firemans board for mains, both were well presented and tasted lovely. The crispy potatoes were very tasty. The creme brulee and sticky toffee pudding were yummy too, again well presented. The staff who served us were friendly and professional.

The menu was half the size it was when it first opened. Very little choice for vegetarians or vegans. Little healthy food.
