Award-winning Executive Chef Dan Wecker shares his passion and dedication through seasonal menus boasting a fusion of New American and French- Inspired dishes -- the perfect balance of classic and creative cuisine. A thoughtful wine list and signature cocktails start the adventure. Signature Cream of Baltimore Soup and Chef's own pan mustard sauce for crab cakes are a notable twist. On-site Green House and Mushroom house add to the intrigue. Finally, in-house desserts will add a memorable sweet ending to your experience.     We stopped by because I was craving beets. The beet caprice I had was phenomenal. I also had the gluten-free version of the French onion soup. Delicious! My husband had the strip steak with local mushroom. Elkridge Furnance Inn never disappoints! Also, the service is wonderful. A special shout out to Torre!

    Overall a very good dinner. The service was great. The restaurant itself is very quaint on a nice looking property. Most of the food was excellent, but a member of my party ordered a fillet and it was send back bad (tough and somewhat undercooked), but we decided not to complain. Frankly, this isn’t the place I’d personally order a steak and the other food was excellent so I’m not going to be a review score nit for something that could have just been bad luck.

    Always fantastic menu options, the chef is very creative with a focus on seasonal foods. The service is attentive and welcoming. Such a wonderful experience each time we dine here.

    Second time eating dinner. Each time we visit the Baltimore area we end up having a great dinner at this great French restaurant. Two years since our first time and it did not disappoint this time either. You will not be disappointed

    What a gem of a place. For a romantic dinner, special events for groups or spending a relaxing evening with family or friends, don’t miss out on this experience. Chef Dan prepares unique and delicious appetizers, entrees and desserts. The entire staff was friendly, attentive to detail and pleasant to chat with. We are from out of town but will definitely be back when we visit the area

    Had such a beautiful anniversary at this place. We came here at our second year and now happy to return on our 13th wedding anniversary. Thank you for a lovely dinner.

    We enjoyed a fabulous evening! It was bespoke service and quality, but not pretentious. It was a wonderful menu of true farm to table. We enjoyed seasonal mushrooms and high quality steak. The soup and salad were interesting and delicious. We both opted for a seasonal old fashioned that was pricey but large so not unreasonable. The wine list looks great, but we didn’t order any this time. Next time. The creme brûlée was an amazing finish. Staff was attentive but not obtrusive. We were upstairs and it was not quiet but not loud either. Some guests were dressed up, most were more dressy casual. There was a wedding at the same time but that didn’t impact us at all. I bet it’s a lovely event venue. Easy location to find. Highly recommend.
