Award-winning Executive Chef Dan Wecker shares his passion and dedication through seasonal menus boasting a fusion of New American and French- Inspired dishes -- the perfect balance of classic and creative cuisine. A thoughtful wine list and signature cocktails start the adventure. Signature Cream of Baltimore Soup and Chef's own pan mustard sauce for crab cakes are a notable twist. On-site Green House and Mushroom house add to the intrigue. Finally, in-house desserts will add a memorable sweet ending to your experience. Our circa 1744 Tavern Restaurant, 1810 Manor House along with 12 acres of grounds and gardens makes for the perfect dining escape. intersecting literature, history and geography as story with our food.     What a gem of a place. For a romantic dinner, special events for groups or spending a relaxing evening with family or friends, don’t miss out on this experience. Chef Dan prepares unique and delicious appetizers, entrees and desserts. The entire staff was friendly, attentive to detail and pleasant to chat with. We are from out of town but will definitely be back when we visit the area

    Had such a beautiful anniversary at this place. We came here at our second year and now happy to return on our 13th wedding anniversary. Thank you for a lovely dinner.

    We enjoyed a fabulous evening! It was bespoke service and quality, but not pretentious. It was a wonderful menu of true farm to table. We enjoyed seasonal mushrooms and high quality steak. The soup and salad were interesting and delicious. We both opted for a seasonal old fashioned that was pricey but large so not unreasonable. The wine list looks great, but we didn’t order any this time. Next time. The creme brûlée was an amazing finish. Staff was attentive but not obtrusive. We were upstairs and it was not quiet but not loud either. Some guests were dressed up, most were more dressy casual. There was a wedding at the same time but that didn’t impact us at all. I bet it’s a lovely event venue. Easy location to find. Highly recommend.

    My husband and I had dinner at the Furnace inn for our anniversary and it was exceptional. The food, service, ambience all of it was exceptional. 10/10 recommend

    Even with two wedding receptions ongoing the service by the entire staff was impressive. Tori our server was wonderful. As always the variety of food on the menu was as impressive as all were delicious! The mezcal/bourbon cocktail was a first for me and tasted fabulous. We recommend you make a meal here .

    We used to live in Baltimore and retired to North Carolina. We were glad to visit Baltimore again so we could come to Elkridge Furnace Inn. It is one of our favorite places to eat. Excellent service and the food is amazing. Chef Dan always comes through with tasty meals. He makes one of the best crab cakes in town. And the vegetables are right out of their garden.

    Elkridge Furnace Inn knocked it out of the park for this special dinner out with my mom! Thank you for making us feel so welcome. Lovely drinks, setting, and food! Hope to see this business grow and expand. Would love to see the business open a bar on the property!

    Absolutely delicious brunch. Three is us ordered andouille sausage omelet, seafood crepe and shrimp and grits-all delicious. Bottomless bloody Mary’s and mimosas were fab, as were the buckwheat muffins with butter and jam to start. Service with Audrey was great, but slow due to large group having tea. EFI is definitely a lovely spot for brunch -or any meal.
