Located proudly in the heart of Long Beach City, the Eldo - formerly known as the Eldorado - has been a staple in the LBC restaurant community since 1957.
Owned by South African native Trevor Nettmann since 2012 - the Eldo has been restored to its fullest potential & now boasts an eclectic menu of both American // South African fare.
With a sole focus on serving the highest quality food + craft cocktails & locally brewed craft beer - is passionate about cultivating both a local // international menu with an equally captivating atmosphere for each guest.

The atmosphere and food was very good. The noise was a little louder than I expected outside.There was a trio singing next to our table, there was an accident outside and people running out but other than that it was nice. Thank you.

This place is amazing. The food is incredible and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend the fillet! Perfectly cooked. I ordered medium rare and It may look overdone but it is definitely not. Pink warm center and flavorful black crust on the outside. Not burnt. Double Thumbs Up

We were seated promptly per our reservations, nice. Ask for our beverage order and brought to us timely, nice. Explainable our server was switching with another due to slow night, appreciate. Meet new server, nice, friendly, casual humorous, nice. Ask for our order, nice. Ordered brought promptly, food & drink delicious. A awesome dinner experience. Ty

Eldo is a neighborhood bar/restaurant but it’s also an elevated dining experience! They’re always improving upon their already amazing menu, using fresh, high quality ingredients to ensure the best possible taste, and constantly educating themselves on new techniques and cuisine! It’s my favorite local 5 Star restaurant!
