Not sure if it was disclosed when I made the reservation, but a 20% event fee tacked on to the total bill because I chose your restaurant for Valentines, the literal most popular time of year for restaurants, and got a reservation well in advance is pretty outrageous. Service was excellent, but the value for money was simply not there. Not to mention I was sat in the restaurant for over 2 hours for a prixe fixe meal. It’s hard to say if I’ll return or recommend this place to another.

Second time here and the food for prefixe Valentine’s Day dinner was great . 4 stars overall as it was a long wait for main course , but the staff and the food made up for it and they made it right and took a round of drinks off . We understood it was a busy night ! We will definitely be back ! Love that we have a great restaurant here in EDH close by ! Can’t wait to try all the dishes and hope they do open for lunch soon!

This was our second time at Eldo CH and we celebrated our Anniversary with a beautiful meal in a fun, upscale environment! Highly recommend the Miso Black Cod, the Halibut dish and the Bolognese Pappardelle! We shared the Eldo Wedge to start and it was light and refreshing while packed with flavor! Carrie was our server and was a pleasant addition to a lovely meal! Thanks Carrie for the celebratory glass of sparkling Rose, we loved it!

Beautiful ambiance and great appetizers. The corn bread chicken appetizer is my favorite. The service was great and I really enjoy the ambience of this place. It’s cozy and stylish. Great wine selection as well.

Wow! I am so happy this place is in EDH. Food was amazing and so was the service. Parker house rolls, hamachi crudo, beef carpaccio, ribeye steak and cocktails were amazing. Plus no corkage fee for bringing our own bottle of wine. Does get pretty busy around 6pm so I would recommend having a reservation. Will definitely be back again!

Our server Ericka was excellent. The following comments are not specific to her: The buttermilk fried chicken appetizer, one of the chicken pieces was undercooked/still pink and Ericka handled it professionally, apologized and removed it from the bill. She also provided a free dessert which was unnecessary but appreciated. The party of 24 ladies that were sat next to us was a bit too much (they were having a great time, doing a raffle and trivia game). I’d recommend to the Manager the option of seating larger parties in a different area of the restaurant versus putting them in gen pop as multiple tables requested to be moved or left because of the noise level. Overall, the service was great. Multiple servers, food runners and bussers attended to us and did a solid job. Ericka - 5 stars Other Staff - 5 stars Chef - 3.75 stars (undercooked chicken) Mgmt - 2.5 stars (seating a party of 24 in the main area was a bad call, would have been nice if the Manager had talked with the nearby tables to acknowledge the noise issue) We’ll come back but might not sit in the main area again as the noise level was that bad.
