For over 30 years, The Elderberry House has been recognized as the premier fine dining destination in the area. This European haven, nestled in the Sierra Mountains just minutes from Yosemite National Park, lends itself to an unforgettable evening for gourmands and wine enthusiasts.

Dinner at The Elderberry House is a thrill for the senses, showcasing seasonal ingredients from local farms that harvest exclusively for our culinary team. We are currently offering a seasonal three or five-course tasting menu. Start the evening off with a hand-crafted cocktail at The Cellar, a craft cocktail bar.

In order to provide you with the best dining experience, we request 48-hour advance notice for any guests with dietary/allergy restrictions. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available, kindly let us know in advance.

Please know we have an age minimum of 8 years and older in the Restaurant to ensure an intimate environment.

My wife and I love this restaurant! The service is always friendly, informative and timely to the point of perfection. The food is amazing and well portioned for a multi-course meal. The wine pairing is a must and compliments the food well. Grab a cocktail, enjoy the experience and let yourself be pampered.

We went for our 30th wedding anniversary and well worth the experience and food. They created a menu with printout of our anniversary and had extras before and after the 5 course meal. Everything tasted exquisitely. Staff were very accommodating and attentive. Have to go for a rare celebration!

Our evening was great! We went for a birthday and they printed out a special birthday note in the menu which was so thoughtful! Service was fantastic, the food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

From the moment we were greeted by the darling host to the moment we were politely walked to the door and thanked for dining with them, this is a first class yet friendly and approachable, unique dining experience worth taking the time to enjoy. We loved everything single bite, and don't miss the cocktails!!

Excellent food, outstanding service and great wine list. The staff is exceptional. Worth a special trip. The dishes were all excellent.

Great experience, however, they appear to be quite limited on the vegetarian options. My partner had a single slice of tomato as the first course..

Michelin star worthy food at midscale prices - an extraordinary find at this contemporary but charming and characterful French style "chateau" on the edges of Oakhurst. Exemplary service and superb wine list too. Highly recommend as the best food to b easily found near Yosemite.

Everything’s great except for the quantity of meat served. Way too little ‘real’ food (protein) for a 3 course meal at $130! We left hungry. And the wine pairing was 3 glasses of wine for another $70!! Course ended up being $500 with service and tips. Way, way overpriced for way too little food. Mind you, the food was excellent.
