The Edison is a lavish Industrial Gothic-style destination for classic American fare, hand crafted -cocktails, exciting nightlife, and world-class entertainment. Thoughtfully re-imagined from a historic power plant, The Edison operates as a landmark restaurant, with three bars and many cozy lounges nestled in this multi-level venue. During the day, the Edison provides a playful dining family -style experience, but after 10 pm it transforms into an Adult-only venue focused on craft cocktails and Cabaret entertainment unique in Central Florida. Every night features a live band , singers and dancing and on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays costumed dancers, variety acts and a DJ make The Edison a real electric hot spot.

Unfortunately the service was poor. Asking for simple items like a side plate, a straw or dipping sauce that wasn’t brought and the bill each took so long it just took all the enjoyment out of the dinner.

It is very loud in here, but there is lots of space so it doesn’t feel crowded. Service was excellent. Food was not as good as it’s been in the past. I had the short rib and there was way too much fat in the piece I got. The flavor was still very good. My son got the grilled cheese & tomato soup and the sandwich was soft, not crispy.

I went to The Edison to celebrate my birthday. The ambience reminded me of a really nice speakeasy and the singers dressed like they were in the 1920’s. I received a special birthday shoutout and they sang a favorite song of mine! Our waiter was both funny and helpful; giving recommendations on what we should try at Disney and sticking around to have light conversation with everyone at the table! The food was really good! I had the New York Strip and it was cooked perfectly! My only complaint would be the spinach dip was way too cheesy but other than that, The Edison is the place to be for a nice dinner and show!

This is such a cool place. The hostess was kind enough to move our table to line of sight of the show. The imposter was good but needed a bit more sauce. The salmon was great. The staff was first rate. Great place to have dinner and one of our favorites

The food in the service were outstanding. Sadly, we did have an issue with the amount of time we had to wait and the seating situation. Other than that, this is a must do when you go to Disney Springs.

It’s exactly what you’d expect from a Disney restaurant. Prices are steep, and you’re definitely paying a premium for the ambiance and location. If you go in knowing you’ll likely overpay, the quality of the experience makes it easier to justify. Overall, The Edison delivers on amazing food, stellar service, and unforgettable decor. Just be prepared for Disney-level pricing.

Always a fun time after a day at the parks or on an off night at DS. The food and ambiance /entertainment are top notch! The Edison is a staple for us when we come to Orlando.
