Our recent visit to The Edison in Disney Springs was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, everything about the experience was stellar, starting with our server, Matthew, who truly set the standard for hospitality. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail of our meal was flawless, and his friendly demeanor made the evening even more enjoyable.
We indulged in the short rib, New York steak, and the fried chicken sandwich, and each dish was perfectly executed. The short rib was tender and flavorful, the steak cooked to perfection, and the fried chicken sandwich packed with just the right amount of crunch and bold flavor. The care and precision in these dishes spoke volumes about the kitchen’s expertise.
The live music was the perfect addition to the vibrant atmosphere, creating an energy that made the night feel special from start to finish. It’s clear that The Edison excels at combining great food, entertainment, and guest service to create a memorable dining experience.
