The Edison is a lavish Industrial Gothic-style destination for classic American fare, hand crafted -cocktails, exciting nightlife, and world-class entertainment. Thoughtfully re-imagined from a historic power plant, The Edison operates as a landmark restaurant, with three bars and many cozy lounges nestled in this multi-level venue. During the day, the Edison provides a playful dining family -style experience, but after 10 pm it transforms into an Adult-only venue focused on craft cocktails and Cabaret entertainment unique in Central Florida. Every night features a live band , singers and dancing and on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays costumed dancers, variety acts and a DJ make The Edison a real electric hot spot.

Good food. Cool atmosphere. Server was spread too thin. Not his fault. We also waited quite a bit, but again the food was good enough to be worth it. Best place we’ve been to at Disney Springs!

The hostess was about 70 and was rude as soon as I was sent downstairs She asked me a question and then started screaming that she couldn’t hear me but I hadn’t even said anything. My fiancé asked to sit at a different one in the middle of the floor , she was rude and said no but when the waiter came over he was ok with it and she mentioned to him as we moved that if he allowed us to move, then he would have to serve us. Which he didn’t, with someone equally as rude, came over to take our order and kept shooting death glare at us for asking questions or taking more than a few seconds to answer. The food came out and it was mediocre at best. My grilled cheese was warm. My fiancé‘s hamburger looked as though it was reheated he asked for extra cheese and they cut a piece of cheese in half and placed it on top. I received gift card to patina restaurant group and I am 0 for 3 as he cracked his crown an a random looking rock at Morimoto’s restaurant and Marie and Enzo’s have us non stop runs

We’ve wanted to try The Edison for years and it didn’t disappoint. The ambiance and theming were magnificent, only outdone by our sweet server Sabrina and the incredible musicians. The mocktails are fantastic as was the clothesline bacon and grilled cheese. My only warning is that make sure you’re hungry for the grilled cheese, as it’s massive!

Fun place but our food was cold and took a long time to even though we had a reservation we had to wait.

The Edison was a beautiful restaurant with a really cool atmosphere. The live music playing throughout the meal was a great touch and the seating area was spacious for our large party. Overall, we loved the space but the service tarnished our dining experience. When going out to a meal on a special family vacation, slow service and being forgotten for most of the meal is disappointing. We had to ask for a steak knives several times and were serves steak that was inedible. The appetizers and other entrees, however, were tasty. The drinks were delicious but highly overpriced. When going out to a meal on a special family vacation, having to ask for service several times and being served overcooked food was a bit of a bummer.
