The service in the wine buffet was almost non-existent. The only way we got our wine glasses refreshed was by doing it ourselves. The nasty little man in the white suit had the hide to yell at us and try to snatch the bottle out of my husbands hand when he topped up our glasses and those of the table next to us because no service was occurring. If there had been ANY service we would not have needed to. To raise your voice to a guest is not cool, but to lay hands on a guest is absolutely unforgivable!

Great selection of Christmas lunch buffet items. Would have like some more traditional roast & stuffing / Christmas pudding included, but overall it was good value. Considering making this a yearly event as it is much easier than cooking at home! Excellent service and excellent staff. Thank you!

We were very disappointed with the Xmas lunch. The food selection and quality was very poor and there was no ambiance at all. It didn’t feel like Xmas as there was no music and little decorations and the TV was even on! I thought it would be comparable to the Sheraton buffet on the Gold Coast but not even close. The restaurant decor is very bland and boring and definitely needs a makeover. Check-in at the hotel was annoying because we only had our Apple Wallet cards and they wanted the numbers on the card for pre-payment. The hotel room was nice except we couldn’t get Netflix to work properly and there wasn’t even a coffee machine in the room.

The side dishes for the roast lamb & ham weren’t too nice….. maybe some backed potatoes & pumpkin next year would be nice… otherwise the prawns & oysters & dessert were yummy…

It was a very enjoyable Christmas Day Luncheon. The food, beverage package and the service provided was excellent. My wife and I will book again for next year.

Staff were amazing! So friendly and great with kids. We felt welcomed and appreciated (unlike in other city eateries). Food was great! Fantastic value. Thanks for your hospitality.

The choice of food was quite good, the omelet chef was very nice and professional. Coffee machine makes a good coffee!
