Chicken Chicken chicken Spoon bread, Mac n cheese and that oh so yummy chicken cheese dip with tortilla chips. And with a window table, the “passing parade “ of people was free entertainment. Stephanie was a great waitress

I wish I remember our servers name. She came in early for her shift because two people called off. She said she was getting slammed all day, but she was amazing.

Food (once we got it 35 minutes after ordering) was great. Their main attraction, the fried chicken was AWESOME! Service was poor overall.

The food was very good the fried chicken and Mac and cheese were good. The honey that was spiced that came with the chicken was delicious. My friend had shrimp and grits which had a little kick and also the kale salad which he said was delicious. We sat upstairs and it was very hot as there seemed not be any air conditioning, they have ceiling fans downstairs they need to have some upstairs as well all know heat rises. If you go when it’s hot outside don’t sit upstairs. That seemed to make the service a bit longer as well.

Have eaten at the Eagle numerous times before attending cultural events in the area. The food is very good, as well as the service. Most times, the restaurant is quite busy, so I would suggest making reservations.

You folks are awesome; we arrived about 20 minutes late because of a four car crash on 376. I called and said we would late and you said, “No problem” and you truly meant it. Then we threw another curve and said we have tickets for liberty magic at 7:30. Because of your staff, we were fed well and made it to the magic show. Thank you, thank you.
