Excellent lunch from start to finish- friendly welcome from the staff , quick service even though they were very busy. Food was excellent and good portions - we all had the roast. 5*

For Father’s Day treat we reserved a bar table and we both had the best steak in a while. A real treat. Great range of less common local beers too.

I love going to The Eagle. But it would be good to see a more exciting menu - it is currently rather limited, with very few vegetarian options. It was better a year ago.

Very friendly staff who worked hard to attend to our needs. Table ready at time that was booked and food was goos. I would have preferred a wider choice but we all managed to find something that suited our requirements.

Never been to the Eagle before. Had the roast beef and roast lamb and both were delicious with proper home made Yorkshire puddings. Cozy interior and lovely beer garden for when the weather is sunny. Will definitely come again.
