Duplex never disappoints! I love the DJ to create a super fun vibe in the restaurant and gets people dancing in their seats. The food is just so good, every time, and great individual flavors of each dish.

Made a reservation. Was charged a 40.00 “deposit.” This deposit was not applied to the bill and I am still waiting for it to be returned to my account. There are only QR codes not real menus. I dislike this very much. I requested a real paper menu but was told there are none. So my family and I who have not seen on another for years now had to sit and scroll on our phones which is the very antithesis of what we wanted to do. The food was mediocre at best. Really disappointed in this restaurant. There was also a 20% service charge added to the bill yet we were informed this was for back of the house not the server. I mean do you actually want another 20% now?!

The service here was very lackluster. Our food was brought out quickly but my waitress never checked back in on us after. I ordered fries that I never got though the charge was taken off in the end after asking for the bill from another person who was not our waitress, in the end the service was very disappointing.

I have been to The Duplex 2 times and each time was great! Our server last night was so nice and accommodating. We were a party of 9, celebrating a birthday and he definitely made my boyfriend feel special. The vibe at The Duplex is unmatched. The lighting, the music, the people. Always a pleasure!

Too noisy. Our waitress took awhile to visit our table. Then as we told them we were waiting in another person we were told the reservation is for 90 minutes. But nobody takes accountability for the tardiness of the waitress to come to the table to get our drink order.

Food was amazing! Alexis at the bar was a very great bartender/server! The DJ was sooo good! Definitely would come back.

i’m from out of town and i went to the duplex as i saw it on tik tok however it did not live up to the hype. the food was cold and overall just not what i expected. the waitress however was really nice. they did comp us for our mimosa because we were not happy w the food. they do have a dj so the music was good but overall i would not go there for food would more so go for the bar and music vibe.

Cocktails are great for folks who like alcohol but don't like to taste like they're drinking alcohol. We had the lemon pasta and the crab dip and both were excellent.

Where to start? Friday night and super empty. Should have been our first clue. Heard Brunch was fire 🔥 so we wanted to check out dinner. Only two of us. Wanted to sit at 6 top due to it being in front of the open patio doors. Denied. Sat at a booth instead. Noone ever sat at the 6 top the entire evening. Drinks were small but very potent. Had one each. Salad was Amazing. Dressed well with good fresh ingredients. Chicken wings fried to perfection, crispy, moist, tender, no seasoning though. Asked for salt and pepper after the first flat was eaten but did not receive it until almost the last wing was done. There was no salt or pepper available at any of the tables. Truffle branzino had no truffle burre blanc. Didn't realize it until the food was on the table. Tasted like the seasoning was added after it was cooked. Got two desserts. The whipped cream cheesecake was missing the croissant flakes. Again didn't find out until it was on the table. Clearly they don't communicate to patrons that elements are missing on dishes so we could choose something else or just leave entirely. The one dessert was removed from the bill. Debbie/Deb, our waitress, was great and funny. Gave our feedback to the manager. Paid. Left. Never going back.
